Information used for monitoring purposes

You will be able to browse the Website without the Insurer collecting any personal information from you. However, the Website servers will collect the IP address of your computer for analytical purposes (including to determine which areas of the website are most popular etc.) but will not collect your e-mail address or any other distinguishing information. The information that is collected, will be aggregated which means that identification is possible.

To enhance service standards, the Insurer may occasionally request that you participate in an online customer care survey. In such cases, the Insurer will tell you how information obtained during the survey will be used, and will give you the option to opt-out of the survey. We don’t like spam either. Any other websites linked to this Website requesting personal information from you are not subject to this privacy policy and therefore the Insurer cannot take responsibility for the security or privacy practices of such third party sites.

Updating of the privacy policy

The Insurer may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, amend this privacy policy to meet legislative and other requirements. All amendments thereto will be posted on the Website. In the event of conflict, the most recent version of the privacy policy shall supersede and replace all previous versions of the privacy policy.
